Before you choose

Your D7B questions, answered.

Are both cameras included?

Yes. Front and rear cameras are included. Both capture native 2K (2560 × 1440), with simultaneous dual 2K recording at 25 fps.

What does the front-camera 4K option mean?

It is 4K UHD output at 3840 × 2160, interpolated from native 2K capture. The front camera’s native capture resolution is 2560 × 1440.

Does navigation use the included GPS module?

No. Navigation and route tracking in a mirrored phone app use the phone’s GPS. The included external 10 Hz module records speed and altitude data for the D7B.

What do the rear-view guide lines do?

They add a color-coded reference to the rear-camera view. Use the image alongside direct checks of your surroundings; guide lines do not measure clearance or replace those checks.

Will D7B fit my motorcycle?

It supports mounting diameters of 14–28 mm (0.55–1.10 in). Check space for the 186 × 117.7 × 26.7 mm main unit and clearance around your windshield, instruments and controls.

Is D7B the current D7-series model?

Yes. The D7 series continues from D7A as D7B. Use the manual and firmware for your exact model; D7B firmware is for D7B only.

Awesome Dash Cam Car Play & TPS

I love my new system. Had to do some research on my system. Doing that saved me money by not damaging my bike drilling holes. But I was a little disappointed as I maybe reviewing the wrong model. I have a D7A what it says on the box. When researching it I noticed that this model has a radar that can help with lane warning system. I have a trike and because there is no room on the handle bars for the sw or head unit I was thinking of options. Did not like it on the dashboard or windshield so I mounted it on the glove box lid. Cut a hole 6X4 centered into the glove box cover to fit it in as flush as possible & mount the unit on.on the cover. Used a 5/8 heater hose cut down the center to act as a seal and to mount it on used a weed wacker blade and custom wash to go across the back to bolt it down using the original screw to tighten it down. Worked very well. Used the switch drilled two holes to mount the button just above the unit, Used the Original screws to mount it on. Used the glove box as a junction box what was great location drilling holes upper driver’s side front of the box to avoid hitting wires and CTU made all the wires fit perfectly. Wish I would’ve known or was told that the D7A was being replaced by the newer D7B as this one has newer software & Radar. Even did a AI search on this and the D7A was the only option. How do I know. After installing it I find a video of a person showing and testing the system on his bike. I would trade the head unit out if I was given a free option but going forward this system works well, looks great and now my bike is like having a new model or prototype bike. I not sure but have to see if this unit can Bluetooth to the bikes radio and to my phone. Where I have multiple apps of music to stream on. So it can play it. CarPlay is so awesome to have and use to get where you want or have to go. I have photos if allowed to put on here.

Glad to hear you’re overall satisfied with the system. I admire your thoughtful and clever custom installation work — you’ve got great hands-on skills. We understand your slight disappointment about the model upgrade. The D7A still works stably for now. Feel free to reach out anytime if you have further questions later.

제품의 수준은 높았습니다
제품의 초기 문제가 있었지만 As의 대응도 빨랐고

다만 4g의 메모리에도 좀더 빠른 속도를 경험하지 못하는건 아쉽습니다

D7 is by far the best Unit Aoocci have produced so far

I recently fitted the D7 to my Suzuki GX. Installation was easy the booklet sent really explains in detail features and settings of the Unit. Aoocci have listened to feedback and all the leads were not too long and made installation easy. First thing you notice is how big and clear the new screen is and I really like how it is set out. Touch screen works seamlesy and is super bright showing you all the data you need from the bike as in mileage and speed which is prety accurate due to the GPS it comes with. Cameras are very sturdy and again the brackets are an upgrade on previous one on the C6 Pro I have. The AI Radar system seems to work quite well once you calibrate it to suit your needs and is very recognisable on either screen you are using. TPMS seems to work ok I wouldn’t say it was perfectly accurate to a single PSI but is close. Camera picture quality is very good again an upgrade on my C6Pro. The unit comes with a built in sunshade which is useful and overall it’s a very top quality CarPlay unit at a price way more competitive than some other leading brands. My main tip is to ensure you have a decent power supply to the unit I have not tried the USB connection as i am not sure the power output is stable enough long term. Do yourselves a favour put your mobile phones In Your pocket or top box to save damage and vibration and invest in a D7 you won’t be dissapointed

Thank you for sharing such a detailed and positive review! We're thrilled to hear you’re happy with the D7 and that it fits well with your Suzuki GX. Your tips and feedback are much appreciated and help us continue to improve. Enjoy your new dash cam!

Big screen is better

The only thing I miss on my Kawaski versays 2023 is a real screen so I tried this D7A 7" first then I decided to put it over the original screen but it didn't work out so I bought quadlock and put it on the handlebars and it turned out great, The screen is 7" you can see it clearly even in sunlight everything was easy to install but there are a few things to notice on the plate that holds the camera there should be a smaller one and a larger one because sometimes when you find a good place the plate doesn't fit, The power cord should have longer cables as I was going to mount it first but then the cables weren't enough for the battery but I solved it with a so-called thunderbox as for the double-sided tape that sits on the holder for the camera it was way too thin but overall a great screen with radar very good so very happy with this screen as you get older your eyesight often starts to fail so this is an incredibly good aid and for this price there is nothing to argue about if you have space on the motorcycle and you need one 7" screen then I highly recommend this one

Thank you so much for your detailed and kind review! We're delighted to hear that the D7A 7' screen has worked out so well on your Kawasaki Versys 2023, and that the clear sunlight visibility and radar features have lived up to your expectations.

We also truly appreciate your constructive feedback on the mounting plate sizes, the power cable length, and the double-sided tape — we'll definitely pass these notes along to our product team for future improvements.

It means a lot to hear that the screen is making a real difference for your riding experience, especially as a visual aid. Thank you for your recommendation, and we wish you many safe and enjoyable rides ahead! ️

Best regards,
AOOCCI Team
