Returns Policy:
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, just contact us at the email addresses above to apply the return or exchange service, but please keep the following in mind during the return process:
- Returns must be applied for within 60 days of your order.
- The product must be returned in its original condition.
- Products with scratches or other damage will not be returned.
- If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer will bear the freight. The specific cost should depend on the Courier company consumer choose.
- If a package is marked as delivered but not received, the customer is responsible for any reshipping fees.
- If the return is due to our mistakes (such as damaged or incorrect goods received by the consumer), the consumer does not have to bear the shipping cost. (The return shipping cost will be refunded based on a valid return receipt)
- If a product is defective or missing parts, the customer must return it to our factory in China for inspection.

Refunds:
- If the product can not work with your car which is in our list of compatible models, we will guarantee a 100% refund of the item after we receive the returned item without being damaged or tarnished.
- The expedited shipping cost is an additional service and is not refundable.
- If for any reason the customer decides that the item is no longer needed (not the seller's fault). Your refund will be reduced by a restocking charge equal to 15% of the total purchase cost.
- We'll notify you via e-mail or message of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
- You will receive a refund within 7 to 14 business days after we receive your return with the same payment method that was originally used for the purchase. It may take some time for the bank to process the refund. If you haven’t received a refund for a while, first check your bank account again, and contact the credit card company or the bank for further check.
- More than 60 days after the purchase day is not eligible for a refund under the terms of our program.
No Exchange:
- We do not accept orders or exchange items. If you require a different size, color or product, please return your item for a refund and place a new order at your convenience. Placing a new order now just ensures that you receive it quickly and don't run out of stock.
Cancel Order:
- If you want to cancel your order for some reason, you must contact us within 5 hours of ordering and the package has not been shipped yet, provide the order number and explain the reason for cancellation.
- Our customer service team will do their best to forward your instructions to the warehouse so they can control the fulfillment process and be able to refund you before your package ships. Please note that we are unable to cancel your order once the package is completed and dispatched from the warehouse.
- We make every effort to ensure that the products on our website are to your satisfaction. If you have any questions about a product before purchasing, or your item is damaged or defective after use, we have chat support or you can email support@aoocci.com.
