Happy with the C9 Pro Max

Overall I am happy with the product and find the interface user-friendly and easy to navigate. The screen size is ideal and the cameras are a nice addition to have, especially the rear view camera for checking any vehicle/bike movement behind me.

I do however suggest that the software apps which are suggested for connection and utility of the unit are not great and I have battled to connect via bluetooth/wireless in order to access video captures. A dedicated Aoocci app would be better.

Otherwise the map view, which is the main reason for getting the unit works well with audio directions coming through my headset.

Good product so far.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your detailed feedback and for your positive recognition of our product! We’re glad you like its user‑friendly interface, handy operation, ideal screen size and helpful rear‑view camera, which keeps you aware of vehicles and bicycles behind you.
We truly appreciate your honest input regarding the app connection experience. We understand your frustration when encountering issues accessing video snapshots via Bluetooth and wireless connection, and we fully get your expectation for a dedicated Aoocci app. We have noted this valuable suggestion and will forward it to our R&D team for future product optimization.
Meanwhile, we are pleased to hear that the map view and voice navigation through your headset work perfectly for you, as this is your main reason for purchasing this unit.
If you are still facing connection‑related troubles, please feel free to reach out to our customer‑support team. We will provide step‑by‑step troubleshooting guidance to help you resolve these issues. Wish you a safe and pleasant ride!

I’ve had my C9 on my bike for a year now it’s

I’ve had my C9 on my bike for a year now it’s great but the only issue i have is it is not waterproof, if I leave the bike outside in the rain water gets into the screen I then have to take the unit off the bike and place it on a radiator to dry it out

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience with us! We're really glad to hear that you've been enjoying your C9 for a year now — that truly means a lot to us.

We also appreciate you raising the water resistance concern, and we'd like to take a moment to kindly explain a bit more about it:

Our C9 is designed to be water-resistant against normal rain and splashes during riding, and it has passed standard water-resistance testing. However, prolonged exposure to rain while parked outdoors can be more challenging than rain encountered while riding, for a few reasons:

Rainwater isn't just pure water — it often contains acidic compounds, dust, pollutants, and minerals (especially in urban or industrial areas), which can gradually wear down sealing materials over time.

When the bike is stationary, water tends to pool and sit in crevices around the screen, giving it more time to seep in — unlike when riding, where airflow helps water run off quickly.

Repeated temperature changes between hot/cold and wet/dry conditions can also cause tiny gaps in seals to expand and contract, which may allow moisture in over time.

That said, your feedback is incredibly valuable to us, and we'll definitely pass it along to our R&D team — we're always working to improve our products, and real-world insights like yours help us do exactly that.

Thank you again for being a loyal customer and for the great review! Ride safe, and don't hesitate to reach out if you ever need anything. ️

C9 pro max fitted to Triumph Tiger 1200 Explorer.

I fitted my C9 pro max to the windscreen of my Triumph Tiger 1200 Explorer. It’s been on there for a few hundred miles so far with no issues what so ever. The displays great, it works with my bike gloves on and generally does exactly what it’s meant to.
It was easy to set up, has plenty of wire for the cameras and a really solid mount bracket that absorbs shocks from the many bumpy roads we have in England.

Thank you so much for this detailed review! 😊
We’re thrilled to hear the C9 Pro Max fits perfectly on your Triumph Tiger 1200 Explorer. It’s fantastic that it’s performed flawlessly over hundreds of miles, with a great display and smooth touch response even while wearing bike gloves.
We’re also glad the setup was easy, the camera cables are long enough, and the solid mount bracket works perfectly to absorb shocks on bumpy roads.
Thanks again for your genuine feedback and support! Enjoy many more safe rides.

A top notch motorcycle smart display

Hello, I have the C9 PRO MAX, and its worth every penny.
Its a very responsive smart display, and with Android Auto its a great
duo. I often use Waze as my route planner but also the route app Kurviger. That works great for riding planned motorcycle routes.
The display is bright for riding during the day. The front and rear camera's work perfect and the tire pressure and temp sensors are a great extra. So if you have any doubt, I would say just buy a Aoocci
Its much cheaper as a lot of other smart motorcycle displays, and it performs just as good and smoke time even better. Happy riding

Great value unit

Great little unit for the price and features. Installation was easy, though I did install on a sport bike via a quadlock and 3d printed mount, so i can easily remove if required.

Unit starts up and connects quickly everytime, is stable and has the useful pressure monitoring and front and rear cameras. The cameras can appear in a split screen view together with maps, however due to screen size can be a little distorted.

I then connect my cardo directly to my phone and can control some audio through the unit depending upon the application that is running. For Android there is no local music app but through iPhone/carplay found there was.

Good little unit, especially for the online map functionality and cameras.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share this detailed review of our unit—we’re absolutely thrilled to hear you think it’s great value for the price and packed with useful features!

It’s awesome to know the installation was a breeze, even with your custom setup using a quadlock and 3D-printed mount on your sport bike. We love seeing how our customers get creative with mounting solutions to fit their rides perfectly.

We’re also glad to hear the unit boots up and connects quickly every time, and that the tyre pressure monitoring and dual cameras are working well for you. We appreciate your honest feedback about the split-screen distortion due to the screen size—this is valuable input we’ll pass along to our product team for future optimizations.

Your tip about pairing with Cardo and the note on the local music app difference between Android and CarPlay are super helpful for other users too. It’s fantastic that the online map functionality and cameras are standing out as your favorite features!

Thank you again for your support and for sharing these insights. We hope you enjoy many smooth, convenient rides with your unit!

So far so good :)

Just got my c9 and mounted it on my hypermotard. i used quadlock tho instead of the one it comes with since I wanted it more central but my hyper has a bracket over the middle. so I couldn't put i on there. put the cameras infront and in the back with the wires going under some of my plastic shrouding. works fine so far. Sadly I was told I couldn't use the USB c to power it for longer wich makes it a bit of a hassle to power it otherwise. I'm not a mechanic and putting anything on a bike electrical wise is dangerous. so I'd love to see a USB adapter for that.
also could the power connection be a connector as well ok the c9? so you can remove the cables you don't need? that be cool. here are some pics of my work.

It's pretty good, with one fault that seems important, and minor challenge with the mount

I like this unit a lot. The screen is excellent both in viewing, and touch performance. The system is fast and reliable, always pairs. All of my apps and devices work as expected.

I didn't realize that it can't auto-adjust brightness. This pretty bad on a motorcycle. My fault for not reading more carefully maybe, it just doesn't mention it, and I guess I should have asked. Maybe the C6 would have been better, don't know.

The mount is very good and solid, but for my usage, is not flexible enough. It works very well as far as being solid. It's very high quality, no bounce. But a ball mount would be more flexible. Luckily, it's easy to swap that out. Also, the included mount will probably work for the majority of bikes.

Great device all-around. Will buy another one for the wife.

So far a great experience. Fast shipping, build quality is very good, easy to install, sturdy bracket, plenty of cable and I-shit-you-not the video quality is actually quite useable for a low-key fun clip for friends and family.

This is literally the first "cheap" device from China that I bought that actually lives up to the promise and quality. (no offence China Bro's I love you!)

Like any other device, there are a few minor downsides:

- Videofiles are .ts straight from the CF card and might need conversion before you can use them with FCPX or other video editor. If you download through your Phone it will convert automatically to MP4.

- Videofiles aren't perfectly sync to each other, so it needs some shifting in your editor between from & rear cam. Which is not really a problem if you are editing anyway. They will however not drift once inserted in the timeline, which is awesome. So sync once and edit.

- Sometimes the system responds a bit slow to the touch control, but what can you expect for this price. The delay isn't too bad.

- The video files are maximum 5 minutes each. My guess they do this in case the card is full and it will overwrite clips, you can select the ones you don't ever want to overwrite. So that's a cool function. The video are seamless if you stitch them together manually. I just wish there was a 10 | 20 | 30 minute option in case you use it as "action cam"

- The batteries of the TPMS will 100% come with dead batteries and 1632's aren't easy to obtain. (at least not here) AOOCCI could put some plastic in between to preserve the battery during storage and shipping.

Conclusion:

It's an absolute no-brainer for this price point, it exceeded all my expectations of this device. If you want a decent mount from Quadlock for your phone you are looking at a hundred bucks at least with the vibration dampener, let alone a charger. Not to mention the possible damage the vibration (still) might do to your phone's camera.

With this system you get cool camera's that are both functional as dashcam and kind-of-actioncam, TPMS (insert fresh batteries though) and Android Auto wirelessly and effortlessly.

Attached a quick video of the camera performance in low light intensity.

I will definitely buy another one for my wife's motorcycle.

C9 Max Purchase and Installation

After a lot of deliberation and viewing YouTube feedback on a number of provider's phone mirroring systems, I opted for the Aoocci C9 Max. A great decision. The unit arrived fairly quickly and securely wrapped with good quality packaging. As with a number of other reviews, the installation instructions are quite basic, omitting to make any reference to the 'switched live' connection. Once I'd established suitable routing for the wiring, installation was a breeze. As part of the order, in addition to the unit, I purchase one of the optional ball mounts, however, I didn't use it as I really wanted to have the unit positioned slightly higher and further away for an easier view, so I eventually opted for a more bespoke mount to fit above the main dash on my Tracer 9. Really chuffed with the quality of the product and the support received from Aoocci during the process. I would highly recommend this product.

Aoocci C9 MAX

The package arrived today, I unpacked it and it seems to be of good quality. I just tried it and saw that it works, connected the cameras and they work the same, the only complaint is that the instructions do not mention anywhere besides the red and black wires the yellow wire and where it should be connected, mostly if it is not connected to plus nothing works. Right now I don't have time to connect it to the motorcycle, I will after winter in February.
