I bought the c7 a month ago, I was so exited because it is a fantastic CarPlay gps !
Unfortunately the plastic ball behind the unit broke and I cannot use it anymore !
I contacted yesterday AOOCCI and a lady told me that she is going to send me the quick release system !! But I will not be able to use it because the base of the ball is broken !
It is just plastic…. It will not last … with the vibrations !!
I am upset because I am leaving for Spain in just few weeks and I will not have a gps !
I do not have the money to buy a new on !!!
I was thinking that they will send me a new one !
And as soon I received the new one I will send back the old one ! Do not work that way !!
I am upset to not have the best customer service .
At the end of the day do not buy a plastic system to hold your gps on the bike ! It will broke…
I have the C3 pro and I have been using it extensively for the last month and a half. I will break down my review on the different features I use in the device. I can confirm that this device is waterproof. I took it through and thunderstorm and it worked flawlessly.
Mounting system: Very good. Please use the default mount on your bike. Very very good. The security Torx 30 is not good enough to tighten the joint. I had to purchase a long Torx 30 key to tighten it. 4.5 stars.
Screen: Bright enough in direct sunlight. No complaints. The resolution is good for the price and I can see what I need in the map. Touch with gloves is as expected - good enough for me to continue my ride without removing my gloves. 4.5 stars.
Connection at bike start up - Absolutely flawless. No complaints here. 5 stars.
Navigation: Google maps works brilliantly. 5 stars.
TPMS: Absolutely useless for me as I go on long rides regularly and I check the air regularly. Very inconvenient for me. Removed it after a week. But it connects and shows a reading everytime when I had it on. Meh.
Calling: Absolutely crap. I have Bluarmour C20 and C30 intercoms. 9 calls out of 10 fail as I can pick up the call but I cant hear a thing. I need to switch of the intercom and the C3 Pro and allow them to reconnect. Calls then work. This is a deal-breaker for me. 1 star.
I cannot live without the device on my bike. I have purchased a small power bank to keep my phone charged. This solves the battery drain when I am using Android Auto.
I updated the software to the latest using instructions on the site. Smoothened out the transitions on screen. Good update. Just fix the calling please. It can elevate the device to must have from a strong recommend.
Very good value for money - all works links up with CarPlay with no issues. Love the CarPlay TPMs, BSD cameras for this price
This is my 2 nd BX unit had issues with faulty TPMS causing tyre deflation had one replaced under warranty and replaced one at full cost a so was fed up with waiting

Very easy mounting directly in BMW mount, no cables except for camera's, which goes from multimedia to camera and get powered from multimedia directly. I have BMW F800GS 2025. I have purchased BM7 model. It's responsive enough even with winter glowes and bright enough during the day(so far, it's winter here, we'll see how bright it will be in summertime)

I bought the C3 Pro as a bit of a gamble. Given the price I thought I'd end up disappointed, but I've been really impressed with the unit.
I did use a generic universal cross bar mount to fix it to the standard 12mm bar above my instruments rather than the supplied mounting bracket which didn't really suit my situation.
The bluetooth link has worked flawlessly with my Android phone and Cardo headset. Osmand works well on this unit, allowing off network navigation etc.
Screen brightness has worked in all situations including extremely bright sun. There isn't auto dimming but it's only a few seconds to adjust down the brightness at the start of a night ride.
Probably the only real niggle I have is that the unit does not remember the position of the touch screen home button between ignition cycles. This button can be dragged around the screen to a suitable position but always reverts to centre RHS on next power up. In the grand scheme of things that's pretty minor, but if it could be corrected in a firmware upgrade it would make the unit even better.

Funciona perfectamente y ha llegado todo bien.
El problema que veo es que el cabe que alimenta la pantalla es fijo y queda muy expuesto al montar y desmonta la pantalla por lo que a la larga se pude fatigar y romper… sería mejor una conexión rápida con el soporte.
También he notado que el soporte que se suministra sólo está pensado para ponerlo en una barra fija y no tiene michas opciones para acoplarlo en otro lugar

The C7 is absolutely perfect....I had classic gps for years, using the c7 like gps is amazing ! the screen is very bright and very clear.
The connection to your phone is so easy.
I am very happy with the product. The only negative is that Aoocci do not do any screen protector for the C7...hopefuly one day.

I have this unit on my Suzuki installation was easy although it he main lead from the unit is a bit short could do with perhaps another half a metre so the connections can be hidden. Cameras work fine prett good pictures and would be ideal for evidence if you needed in a crash. Easy to configure on an app I used SECAM and footage downloaded easily I also took the card out and downloaded on my laptop again easy. Seems extremely well built and will last a long time I did a review and instal video on my YouTube Channel The Lone Wolf Rides. Take a look you may find it very helpful

I purchased the C3 Plus. For the price point it's a great little device, simple to setup and use, does exactly what it says in the tin 👍. Couple of feedback points, it's a shame the display does not extend to the edge of the device like most smartphones to maximise the visual screen size. Also it would be great to see an attachment for a quad lock device.

The Aoocci BX arrived promptly, though Customs clearance took a day or two.
The unit is very well packaged and comes with nearly everything you need to install it on most motorcycles. The screen is clear and bright enough for most conditions. The road names on the maps are easily readable which is a huge improvement over my large screen mobile phone. Once setup (see below), it connects seamlessly to Android Auto (I haven't got an Apple phone so can't comment on that). But, by making a "one size fits all" unit, there are a number of issues to be addressed:
1. Upgrades:
1.1 After an upgrade/update the system forgets all your settings and peripherals (tyre pressure monitors and radar), these need to be manually reentered. A system to store these setting would be beneficial.
1.2 Upgrades are fairly regular which is excellent but, having to reenter your settings each time is irritating.
1.3 The system needs to reconnected to your phone after each upgrade. This doesn't always work first time or, if it does, it takes quite a long time (up to a minute or longer) before the connection is properly established. This, of course, could be a problem with Android Auto. If it is, more information in the manual would be useful.
1.4 After an upgrade, sometimes you will receive the errors: "Android Auto has encountered an unexpected error" and "Waze has encountered an unexpected error". More information would be helpful like an error code which could be referenced in the FAQ on the website. The only way I have found to fix this is to completely disconnect the unit from the power for at least 1 minute. Cycling the ignition doesn't seem to work.
1.5 After an upgrade, Waze shows a black screen. You still receive the navigation instructions in your helmet or the unit's speaker. Just no map. Again, to fix this completely disconnect the unit from the power for at least 1 minute.
2. Tyre pressure monitor:
2.1 The units that fit on the valve stems are rather large, though very light. Unfortunately, if you have angled valve stems they catch on the brake calipers so can't be used until the valve stems are changed.
2.2 Changing the minimum and maximum thresholds in PSI necessitates pressing the plus or minus sign a large number on times. In my case over 80 to get the correct thresholds for my motorcycle. It is easier working in "Bar", but I work in "PSI".
2.3 The batteries had nearly died on the units. New ones had to be sourced to make the monitors work. A system to disconnect the batteries in transit until they are fitted to the valves would be beneficial (plastic film or don't fit them?).
3. Installation:
3.1 The cables are the wrong length for nearly every bike. This is due to the "one size fits all" nature of the unit. It would be better to provide cables of about 0.5 metre in length and have extension cables available in the box to extend those that need extending. The only exception could be the power cable for the Radar unit which, for my bike, was the perfect length.
3.2 The "Pigtail" cable from the unit itself could benefit from being slightly longer (double the length?)
3.3 The breakout cable that connects to the "Pigtail" cable could do with being longer (double the length?)
3.4 The knurled connectors can work themselves loose over time, even when they are firmly pushed together and fully tightened. Possibly a clip system would be better and, possibly, smaller? I used heat shrink over them to a) stop them coming loose and b) stop the metal scratching the paintwork.
3.5 The "Power brick" on the power cable is in the centre of the cable. It should be nearer one end (the battery end would probably be best) to make installation easier. This cable had to be extended by about 0.5 metre to reach the power supply under the seat in order to place the power brick in a sensible position. This meant there was a lot of excess cable to be hidden on the other end.
3.6 Two or three covers for any unused connectors on the breakout cable would be useful. There is already one on the pigtail end which is very useful. Having said that, I am using all the peripherals.
I would have given the unit only three stars but the recent software upgrades have made it much better. There are, as previously mentioned, still some gremlins to be worked out.
Would I buy the Aoocci BX again? Yes.

It should be 4.5 stars. Overall the unit works great easy set connects almost to well, if ilhas power but not on it constantly tries to connect to my phone which got annoying. I bought the unit on sale for $130, at this price it came with everything I needed to mount and power up with 2 cord options, really hard to complain about that, it's a great value. My only complaint is the ball mount is molded into the back, I thought I would be able to change it to quadlock or something else, but you can't do it easily. A universal mounting pad would make this a 6 out of 5 unit. I mounted it on a motorcycle, mounting wouldn't be an issue in car.

Great product with excellent image quality, both in bright conditions and at night. The visibility and performance in different lighting environments are impressive.
The only issue I’ve experienced is a constant reminder that the SD card needs formatting. Attempting to format the card fails and does not resolve the problem, so it appears the SD cards may need to be replaced.

Bis jetzt alles Zufriedenstellend! Installation und Montage ist einfach auszuführen. Die Erstbetriebname funktionierte Einwandfrei, und auch die Verbindung zu den Reifensensor wurde von dem Gerät sofort erkannt, und angezeigt. Lobenswert zu Erwähnen sind die zwei Möglichkeiten das Gerät anzuschließen. USB oder Direkt an das Boardsystem.
Eines fehlt mir noch: Anregung - Eine Sonnenblende wäre der 6 Stern. Vielleicht gibt es die ja im Zubehör? Ich habe sie leider nicht gefunden.

Easy to fit to motorcycle and easy to set up,powers up quick and Works ok as far as i have tried it in the garage but not tried it on a ride yet as the British weather is terrible and it's not stopped raining for weeks 👎great service from Aoocci and they sent me a new USB cable as the one supplied was faulty. I wish i had read the specifications of the products and purchased the C6 as the C9 does not have GPS
