I purchased the C6 Pro last year August 2026 and then!!
I purchased the AOOCCI C6 Pro in August 2025 and have used it extensively across various terrains in India. In August 2026, I suddenly noticed a white spot appearing on the display. I immediately reported the issue to the AOOCCI Support team, who advised me to ship the unit to China for warranty repair.
Shipping a device from India to China is not straightforward, as the package has to pass through multiple customs checks. I was initially hesitant about whether to proceed with the international shipment, get it repaired locally, or continue using it since the display was still functional.
Throughout the process, I stayed in touch with Coco from the AOOCCI team, who guided me on the next steps and recommended shipping through India Post. I packed the device securely and dispatched it as advised.
The shipping journey within India was the most stressful part. The package moved between Gurgaon, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kurnool, Vijayawada, and back to Delhi before finally being dispatched to China through Foreign Post. It took more than 30 days just to leave India!
Once the package reached Shanghai, things moved much faster. It arrived in Guangdong, where the team promptly received it. Coco kept me updated throughout the repair process, and after around 10 days, the unit was shipped back to India. The return shipment through Blue Dart took another two-plus weeks.
Finally, the device is back, repaired and working, and I’m delighted with the outcome!
A big thank you to Coco and the entire AOOCCI team for their consistent communication, support, and help throughout the process. While the international shipping experience was lengthy and stressful, the support team made the repair process smooth and reassuring. I truly appreciate their efforts in getting my device repaired under warranty.
