I was having problems trying to download a Firmware upgrade for my C6 Pro unit. Contacted Estella at Aoocci & she arranged for me to be sent a TF card with the upgrade already loaded on it for a small cost. Worked perfectly, no problems. Excellent customer service.

C3 power cable replacement
Having purchased the C3 I thought it was well made and great value for money the only downside was my stupidity in routing the power cable where it got damaged and I needed a replacement. I contacted Aooci customer services and Coco established what I needed and for a very reasonable fee got the item to me in the UK in super quick time. This backup service is first class

Aooci C6 Pro Tiger 900 GT Pro
Fitted this to my my Tiger and I’m super impressed. The product works as designed. The installation instructions aren’t great but with a bit of time and patience plus YouTube videos it all worked out well. I damaged the front camera connector and reached out to their support team. They were super helpful and sent me a replacement for a small charge - great support. They discount the product but I think the standard price is more than fair.
