Problema de pantalla negra en el sistema Carplay Smart Box

Cuando encuentre este tipo de problema, no se preocupe.

Hay 3 razones principales para este problema; siga los pasos a continuación para resolverlo:

1. Hay algún problema con la configuración del interruptor DIP, verifique el diagrama de instrucciones y asegúrese de que la configuración sea correcta; 

2. Los cables LVDS-IN y LVDS-OUT están mal conectados, cambie la conexión de estos dos cables;

3. Fallo del sistema:

  • Reinicie el sistema, conecte CarPlay al teléfono e ingrese directamente al sistema CarPlay. >> Ingrese a Configuración.

1. Reboot the system, connect the carplay to the phone, and enter the carplay system directly. >> Enter Setting.

  • Abra Configuración >> TV >> APAGADO

Just bought Smart box and installed in my Hyundai Kona but it does not work, is there any help you can give before I return it?
