- First, please reproduce the problem you encountered in using the box twice in your car.
- The operation steps for uploading the log are as follows:
- Connect the Box to the computer and wait until the light turns blue.
- Go to My Computer (This PC)
- Enter "MTP USB Device".
- Enter "Internal Storage", enter the "Log" file, where the CZ file is the log file.
- Send the CZ file to us (support@aoocci.com).
