This is a CarPlay Smart Box suitable for Evoque Bosch head unit.
It is currently compatible with the following models:
✅ Land Rover Evoque (Bosch) 2013-2018 - (CSBLR-2)
✅ Range Rover CarPlay Smart Box 2 (CSBLR-2)
And for other Range Rover Evoque Bosch head unit models, please contact us.
The detailed steps are as following:
1.Disassemble screen cover panel.
2.Then unscrew and disassemble the display.
3.Unplug cables behind the display.
4.Get Smart Box device.
5.Convert with 16pin power cable.
6.Then connect with Smart Box power cable.
7.LVDS cable connect to LCD_OUT.
8.Original LVDS cable no need connect any more.
9.Then assemble back display with all cables.
10.Setup the dip switch according installation diagram.
11.Connect with USB cable.
12.AUX cable connect from AUDIO-OUT.
13.To original AUX port at armrest box.
14.Before assemble back, test all functions at first.
15.CarPlay audio, rear camera (if have), etc.
16.Get place under glove box to put SmartBox box.
17.Through LVDS and 16pin power cable to display.
18.Then assemble back the display.
19.Don't forget connect Wifi antenna.
20.And external microphone.
21.All job done.
