Amazing service from aoocci

I recently purchased p109 for my honda brio.
The product is fantastic but i had 2 problems with my car.
1. It doesn't have flat dashboard
2. In india we keep god's idol on dashboard but when we stick the screen with default provided stand the camera placement was unable to capture number plate of any car in front.

So i informed the team about the challenge and they sent me adjusted mount that suits the needs. So thankful the aoocci.

I had a problem with one of the extension cables for one of the cameras and couldn't immediately see if it could be purchased separately. I contacted support, who quickly replied that it could be purchased, and they gave a price including shipping, and offered to place it on order, which I accepted. Then a few days later I received an email where I just had to order via a credit card transaction, as usual. A few days later the item arrived. Quite unproblematic, good service and fast shipping. Thanks to Aoocci support.

Replacement Parts

I lost a screw from the door that holds the memory card. These screws are extremely small ans there was no way of finding it. I reached out to AOCI and they offered to replace the screw free of charge. Thankyou very much. I did however have to pay $30 Postage to Australia. Mounting was not ideal. All the sizes of mounts were there to mount to my CRF300 Rally but the mount sits way too far towards the rider. I cut up the existing mounts to make a better closer and tighter fit in behind the windscreen. The unit seems to operate ok. Maybe I will purchase and fit a second unit to the other CRF300 Rally. We will see if this is good for moto vlog and travel.

Aoocci C6 pro

Anche pagandolo il doppio, per colpa di un corriere il quale ha preferito tenersi il reso invece di consegnarlo, devo però dire che il prodotto è fantastico, sono molto contento e lo consiglio fortemente.
