Having purchased the C3 I thought it was well made and great value for money the only downside was my stupidity in routing the power cable where it got damaged and I needed a replacement. I contacted Aooci customer services and Coco established what I needed and for a very reasonable fee got the item to me in the UK in super quick time. This backup service is first class

Fitted this to my my Tiger and I’m super impressed. The product works as designed. The installation instructions aren’t great but with a bit of time and patience plus YouTube videos it all worked out well. I damaged the front camera connector and reached out to their support team. They were super helpful and sent me a replacement for a small charge - great support. They discount the product but I think the standard price is more than fair.

Had to return my unit to China and was slightly concerned, but I needn't have been. These guys are total professionals, had a good Q&A troubleshooting service and the journey took 14 days each way from UK.
They kept me informed by email at every stage and issued a replacement unit which works 100% as intended. I love my C3

Rear tire TPMS came broken in the box. Immediately got sent a new pair, no questions asked. This one works perfectly and I have a spare front now as well. 5 Stars
