Customers praised the camera quality, image stabilization, and 4K clarity. Many highlighted durability and ease of use. However, issues arose with WiFi connectivity, missing instructions, and customer support. Some faced return/refund challenges. Battery life exceeded 4 hours, with excellent low-light performance.
- Image quality and stabilisation is great even in low light, number plates and faces are very clear.
- Picture stability is excellent. Device is very sturdy, works fine even after that!

Camera took forever to arrive. No instructions. Customer support was useless. Would NOT connect to internal WiFi. Did I mention Customer support was useless. Button on the camera gave no indication of responsiveness - no way to tell if camera was functioning. Oh yes, Customer support was terrible - virtually NO HELP. Almost impossible to get aoocci to authorize return! Now it’s been 3 weeks since I followed their instructions to return the camera to CHINA - no US agent location was available. Directions to use USPS included needing to mislead USPS because cameras are in the prohibited list. Had to say value was less than $20. Had to say it was bicycle handlebar parts. Now, aoocci refuses to process the refund saying they have received the camera . . . even though the USPS says it was delivered. Terrible experience. Did I mention Customer Support was terrible.
Been using the R2 as a cycling dashcam almost daily for 6 weeks. Battery lasts more than 4 hrs in 4K, image quality and stabilisation is great even in low light, number plates and faces are very clear. Quarter turn mount is secure and works with other standard bicycle handlebar mounts. Very easy to use, just turn it on and go. Exactly what I have been looking for, thank you Aoocci

Easy to use, does as advertised. Great for the price. Picture stability is excellent. Device is very sturdy, through my own poor choice of a mounting location the plastic on my bike broke and the camera departed at about 70kph. It landed on the pavement they flipped multiple times. It made for an interesting slow motion playback. I was able to find it, works fine even after that!
