I bought 2 C6 units for our motorbikes in 2025, was unsure of the quality and stability of the phone to C6 units while riding out. No Need ! They are perfect, for a unit of its price it’s bang on! Why would anyone pay for a well known name, and honestly I’ve heard of people having so many problems with the likes of Garmin or TomTom units which are way more expensive, and now use Aoocci units after seeing mine ! Only had 1 issue which was the power lead which failed and Nikki at customer service was absolutely fantastic 100% , nothing was an issue. Would definitely use them again in future! If Aoocci ever need any testing or independent reviews done they can let me know and I’d gladly review them for YouTube etc . 100%

I have been using Aooci BX well and have had no problems. I suggest having a pouch and hard case for the unit when removing it to keep it safe. The support team is also very helpful with my questions about the unit. I can recommend Aoocci BX to anyone who wants to try the unit.

I needed a replacement extension cable for the rear camera. The support team (Rita) couldn't have been more helpful. She sent me an invoice via email, and once I had paid it I received immediate confirmation of my order. My cable arrived not too long after.

Service après vente parfait . J'ai juste une remarque sur l'appareil . La luminosité de l'écran descend tout le temps , il faut sans arrêt la remettre car par temps de soleil par moment c'est dur de voir l'écran.

Concernant la luminosité : l'écran s'ajuste automatiquement en fonction du fuseau horaire et de l'heure de la journée, c'est pour ça qu'elle baisse par moments. Je comprends que ce n'est pas toujours pratique en plein soleil — je remonte votre remarque à notre équipe R&D pour qu'ils puissent améliorer ce point sur les prochaines mises à jour.
